Steps for booking
STEP 01
Select your service
Packages are final—no modifications or sharing.
STEP 02
Complete booking info
Just fill out the booking info to lock in your date and help me prepare everything you need for a smooth session.
STEP 03
Picture time
Please plan to arrive on time for picture day—late arrivals will count toward your reserved session time. As both a full-time realtor and photographer, my schedule is tightly booked, so I kindly ask that we stick to the scheduled time to ensure the best experience for everyone.
STEP 04
Delivering photos & video
Invoice will be sent prior to session. Final deliverables will not be released until payment has been received in full. (Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Cash) Once payment is complete, you will select your favorite photos from a convenient online gallery before final retouching.

DISCLAIMER: Ownership of Work. Photographer will own all right, title and interest in all Work Product. Client (on behalf of itself and any attendees or participants at the photo shoot) hereby grants Photographer and any of its service providers an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable license to use any materials created by Client or attendees, during the performance of the Services, that may be protected by copyright or any intellectual property rights (“Client Materials”) as part of any Work Product or in connection with the marketing, advertising or promotion of Photographer’s services, including in connection with Photographer’s studio, portfolio, website or social media, in any format or medium. Client acknowledges and affirms that no other person or entity has any rights that may prevent or restrict Photographer from using Client Materials as provided herein.
Appointment Terms & Conditions
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost if notice is provided at least 8 hours in advance.
Cancellations: Any cancellation made with less than 8 hours’ notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will also incur the $100 cancellation fee.
These policies are in place to respect the time set aside for your appointment and to ensure availability for other clients.
